Frequently Asked Questions

At Hill Speech & Learning Centre, we know parents often have many questions when considering therapy for their child. That’s why we’ve put together some of the most common queries we hear. Our goal is to give you clear, reassuring answers so you feel confident in taking the next step.

We provide Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Behaviour Therapy, and Sensory Gym programs. Each service is personalised to your child’s needs, helping them build confidence, communication skills, independence, and overall development.

Referrals can be made directly through our website by completing the NDIS Referrals form, or by contacting our team via phone or email. Families, support coordinators, and health professionals are all welcome to refer.

We combine evidence-based therapy with a strong focus on family involvement. Our team doesn’t just work with children during sessions—we equip parents and carers with practical strategies to continue progress at home, school, and in the community.

We take time to understand your child’s unique needs, strengths, and goals before starting therapy. Our approach is flexible, supportive, and designed to ensure each child feels safe, encouraged, and motivated to grow.
